Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure sales achievement as per Annual Business Plan and meet given sales target (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) as agreed with the Management.
∎ Prepare detailed professional Business Plan within agreed budget and formulate active sales strategies for the company.
∎ Submit periodical report on cash and credit sales, realization of credit to the Management, Bangladesh & Sweden Office as per requirement.
∎ Increase sales volume and expedite product promotion.
∎ Ensure and disseminate agreed Marketing and Sales plan/policy/pricing/promotion for all concerned.
∎ Synchronize and uphold close coordination with Product design & development, Production & Inventory to confirm availability of products at selling points.
∎ Plan, develop and implement effective Sales & Marketing Strategies and/or tactics through conducting hands-on Market research.
∎ Identify target customers, develop and acquire the new network of distributors to ensure more market penetration.
∎ Carry on Product Training with Demos to distributors.
∎ Marketing with an emphasis on converting enquiries into sales.
∎ Administer and follow-up a small team of sales associates to accomplish the sales target.
∎ Take initiatives to push & convince the network partners and team members to increase the market growth and generate sales.
∎ Planning of client and outdoor visits and submitting individual performance report to the Management, Bangladesh & Sweden Office.
∎ Develop and maintain potential customer database.
∎ Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database.
∎ Manage client support and satisfaction at the uppermost level to retain customer relationship.
∎ Undertake additional responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.
