Job Context:
∎ Job Level- D
∎ The main objective of this position is to lead the child labour project including partners to achieve project goal, objective, project result framework and development of ending child labour programme as per policies and guidelines of the Terre des Hommes-Netherlands and Government of Bangladesh.
∎ Location : The is a national position for Bangladesh based in Dhaka and will require frequent field visits to the project areas of Bangladesh.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years working experience multi-dimensional projects /programmes including hands-on responsibilities of managing communication and/or Child Labour
∎ projects/programmes.
∎ Have enough knowledge on Child Rights, Child Labour related National Policies, Laws, rules and other documents.
∎ Have extensive work experiences to deal with Policy Makers and Government Officials.
∎ Excellent leadership and negotiation quality, experience of coordinating multi-partners projects.
∎ Experience on implementing Early Childhood Development (ECD), Non-Formal Primary
∎ Education and Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) will be an added advantage.
∎ Hands on experience of project cycle management that includes managing budget and monitoring outputs of the project.
∎ Experience in partnership management and PNGO capacity building.
∎ Excellent presentation & report writing skills.
∎ Able to work with web based reporting system.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable within the project approved budget.
