∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project initiation with Project Charter finalization with business case.
∎ Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
∎ Ensure business needs are met as the projects evolve.
∎ Facilitate team accountability meetings to establish schedule/cost/vendor management plan.
∎ Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
∎ Ensure that upcoming projects are implemented successfully.
∎ Organize, attend, and participate in internal and external meetings.
∎ Document and follow up on 3Ws (important action points).
∎ Assess project risks, issues, and opportunities.
∎ Communicate with various departments and external stakeholders to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan.
∎ Facilitate closeout with project leadership and key stakeholders. Ensure business requirements and project expectations outlined in the Project Charter have been met.
∎ Project closeout documentation and sign off on project deliverables.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates majoring in Civil Engineering or Management will be given preference.
∎ 2 years+ of experience in a related field of project management will be preferred.
∎ Candidate must visit factory and construction sites frequently.
∎ Candidate having Standard Project Management Certifications such as PMP/Prince2 will be given preference.
∎ Knowledge in Project Management Tools (Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and other project software) is preferrable.
∎ Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills is mandatory.
∎ Self-motivated person with great networking skills.
