Educational Requirements:
∎ University Masters Degree preferably in Social Science.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ At least 5-years of working experiences in mid-level positions in NGO in the sectors of youth engagement programs, skill building training programs, community development programs, livelihood, food security, WaSH, nutrition, and working experience with Union Parishads, government service providing departments
∎ Formation of youth clubs following the guidline of the project.
∎ Preparing implementation plan of project activities in line with project proposal and approved budget
∎ Search for/selection of youth for different training for skill building and livelihood opportunities
∎ Ensure progress and quality implementation.
∎ Keep track of completion of the overall project objectives
∎ Assist in preparation of training schedule plan and conduction of training
∎ Assist Senior Project Coordinator for communication with training institutes/trainers as per the trades mentioned in the project proposal/agreement
∎ Assist Senior Project Coordinator communicating with respective employers for job placement for the trained participants.
∎ Conduct need based meeting with respective stakeholders and update them about project activities.
∎ Ensure liaison and communication with government and non-government authorities for their supports.
∎ Assist Senior Project Coordinator establishing linkage with appropriate employers for job placement of the trained participants.
∎ Coordinate with National/International Volunteers engaged by VSO.
∎ Assist Senior Project Coordinators developing different monitoring tools
∎ Monitor ongoing training programs and ensure training quality
∎ Monitor/track the completion of overall project objectives.
∎ Collect data and field information for necessary report preparation.
∎ Preparing all event reports and any other community reports etc.
∎ Collect regular event pictures, case studies and other documents.
∎ Ensure projects budgetary control
∎ Ensure local purchase and expenditures are done as per organizational finance/purchase policy
∎ Assist maintaining the stock book, inventory, asset and other essential register properly and timely on effective manner
∎ Fluent in speaking and writing in English.
∎ Computer skills including working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work as a part of a team

∎ Age at most 40 years

Salary: Tk. 35504 (Monthly)
