∎ Experience on gender and Women Rights in RMG sector workers relation project implementation is preferable.

∎ Proven experience in staff and office management
∎ Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
∎ Experience in analysis of data and quality reporting.
∎ Effective communication skills and ability to work effectively in challenging field situations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To provide leadership and management for implementing, impact measuring and reviewing the ongoing project as per relevant standard and project goal.
∎ To ensure overall management of the project including staff, resource and financial management.
∎ Ensure all project activities successfully completed by both READI and Oxfam according to project design.
∎ Prepare the project implementation plan, periodical plan and guideline sharing with project team.
∎ Ensure research and evaluation works of the project.
∎ Provide support to project facilitators who will be deployed in the project.
∎ Support to project Facilitators and Change makers (Volunteer) to form Community Based Organizations (CBOs) as per project strategy and make them functional.
∎ Support to project Facilitator to develop functional relationship and collaboration with the CBOs and factory management to implement the project activities.
∎ Support to organize scheduling meeting and capability building event
∎ Support to develop Change Makers (Volunteers) for conducting regular at field level session as communication channel
∎ Support to distribute communication materials including BCC & IEC to the Change Makers (Volunteer) with proper orientation.
∎ Regular financial monitoring and transitions to ensure value for money.
∎ Ensure quality of work by frequent field visits providing technical support to the project staff.
∎ Regular monitor to collect and compile data to ensure regular process, progress and impact monitoring.
∎ Support Procurement committee for timely and quality procurements in a participatory approach with CBOs, Community people and other stakeholders.
∎ Represent as focal for the project at internal and external forums/ networks; establishing and maintaining contact with range of organizations and individuals who can support the project.
∎ Responsible for documenting experiences, preparing reports, presentations, management and donor.
∎ Keep communication among the project team and READI’s HQ

∎ READI-Research Evaluation and Development Initiative, a national NGO, is working for developing the condition and position of the target participants in different districts on various issues including human rights and gender, health hygiene & nutrition, education, WASH, climate change, skills and employment generation since 2015. READI is going to implement a project title ‘Empowering Opportunity of Women Engaging in RMG (POWER)’ funded by Oxfam and co-funded by EU. In this project READI is going to recruit the right person in the above position for the project period.

∎ Position Summary:
∎ Project Coordinator will be responsible to facilitate of quality implementation of the project activities for the selected area. S/he will be responsible to manage and execute from the Head office.  S/he will work with CBOs, factory management, Women workers, government institutions as well as relevant stakeholders who have similar activities for Home based RMG workers. S/he will support in developing annual work plan as project implementation plan (PIP), review its progress against key performance indicators (KPI) and targets. S/he will regularly support to the Finance team for ensuring necessary supports. The Position will report to the Program Manager and maintain functional relationship with the project focal point of OXFAM.
