Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Public Health, Master of Science (MSc) in Medicine, Master of Social Science (MSS) in International Relations
∎ Desirable degree in project management or HR management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): INGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The main tasks of the Field Co will be:
∎ Follow up the context, political situation in the project contex, especially during the COVID 19 emergency
∎ Develop a network at Jamtoli level with INGOs and other humanitarian actors
∎ Legal representation for MSF Belgium in the project contex: regular meetings with relevant authorities.
∎ Follow-up & lobby strategy for the approval of the current Jamtoli project with the relevant authorities
∎ Close relationship with other OC's: define the intersectional collaboration and the political and advocacy strategy within the camps
∎ Close collaboration and support to Cox's emergency team


∎ Next to these, in the framework of his mandate, FC will:
∎ Is responsible for negotiating/facilitating collaborations and agreements between MSF and local authorities, donors and institutions.
∎ Is responsible for developing and integrating an internal and external communication policy for the project, performing external communication actions to media when required.
∎ Is responsible to produce, together with activity managers, and submit all requested operational reports, and ensures keeping them properly filed and updated.
∎ Is responsible for drawing-up project proposals and provide response to emergencies taking into account the points above and submitting them to HOM for approval.
∎ Be accountable and supervise the implementation of projects and programs and evaluate their evolution, fi-nal results and achievements to ensure that projects technical and ethical standards are followed and objec-tives are achieved.
∎ Is responsible for leading, briefing/debriefing, providing coaching, evaluating, identifying training needs and supporting the management team.
∎ Is accountable for ensuring a proper control of financial indicators and PROJECT budget.
∎ Be accountable for the proper plan, size, and management of all resources (human, material and financial) needed in the project in order to enhance overall performance of the project.
∎ Is accountable for a proper implementation of HR management policies by HRCo and cell based HR refer-ent, according to vision, policies and values.
∎ Is accountable to ensure that HR manager grants the well being of teams (appropriate living conditions, good general health status, stress levels, conditions, etc.) and ensures appropriate conducts and behaviors.
∎ Be accountable for ensuring that Fin manager coordinates an active search of local funds while controlling expenditures, budgeting and purchases.
∎ Be accountable for supervising a rational use of means and resources to carry out projects and programs.
∎ Be responsible to ensure information flow and reporting to Coordination.
∎ Be responsible to define and ensure implementation of project security policies and protocols, aligned to global MSF policy, to ensure safety of staff across the project in Jamtoli.
∎ Is responsible for analyzing external risks and threats to staff security.
∎ Is responsible for keeping staff and CO informed and updated of events and issues related to this matter.
∎ Is accountable for ensuring involvement, motivation and monitoring of staff on security practices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Essential working experience in developing countries especially outside of Bangladesh.
∎ Mission working language essential (ENGLISH).
∎ Essential computer literacy (word, excel and internet).
∎ MSF reporting tools.
