Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters in relevant discipline from any recognized university/institute. Additional training/degree in the relevant field will be added advantage.

Job Context:
∎ Role overview: As a focal person of "Equitable and Inclusive Health and Rehabilitation Services for Persons with Disabilities (EIHR)" Project, s/he will be responsible for achieving the overall expected objectives of the project against specific indicators. Inherent responsibilities of this position include day-to-day operations, regular monitoring and close networking with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Contact Duration: Initially for three years (up to September 2025).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing project implementation plan in consultation with supervisor for smooth implementation of all project related activities.
∎ Ensure the timely arrangement and completion of project events/activities using available resources.
∎ Pay visits to the project areas to facilitate as well as to monitor project activities.
∎ Keep all relevant resources like manual, report, data readily available for all stakeholders.
∎ Monitor progress according to M & E plan and provide effective feedback to relevant bodies.
∎ Track achievements on a regular basis and share updates with management on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure timely submission of all reports to management, relevant government bodies and donors as required and requested.
∎ Ensure effective supervision of all employees under the project.
∎ Conduct assessments of security needs of working areas including staff and beneficiary safety.
∎ Obtain necessary approvals for man, money, materials for smooth flow of all project activities.
∎ Maintain effective and regular coordination with other relevant departments/projects.
∎ Contribute efforts to developing knowledge repository in the light of project experiences and information.
∎ Review expenditures, check bills/vouchers and seek approval accordingly.
∎ Render necessary support to internal/external audits.
∎ Ensure maximum transparency in all project related activities.
∎ Incorporate the safeguarding policies in each activity.
∎ Responsible to maintain donor compliance. Ensure periodic update of Partnership assessment action plan and implement accordingly.
∎ Safeguarding:
∎ • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as time demands and assigned by.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Team Management and conflict resolution capacity. Also capable to encourage team members to meet the deadline by planning, supervising, monitoring and motivation the team members.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skill in both English and Bengali.
∎ Advanced level of computer proficiency.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
