Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS) or in Agriculture

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make project implementation plan.
∎ Monitor, supervise and evaluate progress of the project.
∎ Track day-to-day activities of the project.
∎ Keep close relation with Go-NGO stake holders.
∎ Manage people, develop strong interpersonal relationship.
∎ Write regular reports and submit to related line authorities.
∎ Liaison with implementing partner and donors.
∎ Other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Program Officer/ Manager, Project Coordinator/ Officer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):NGO
∎ Knowledge and skills on strong organizational and project management with proven track record of managing people.
∎ Problem solving capacity, interpersonal relationship development and communication skill, forecasting and budgeting, strong facilitation skill, ability to demonstrate servant leadership and foster a team oriented atmosphere.
∎ Very good proficiency in English & Bengali both written and verbal.
∎ Good time management skills.
∎ Good conceptual and practical skills to write project concept paper and design documents of the project and reporting.
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point presentation and internet browsing.
∎ Ability to drive motorbike with valid driving license.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 50400 (Monthly)
∎ As per project budget.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2(Yearly)
