Job Context:
∎ Looking For : Project Coordinator - Accelerating Rights to Protection of Working Children (ARPWC) Project
∎ Full Time, Contractual basis

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation of program activities in coordination with PARIBARTAN-Khulna, Donor and relevant partner organizations. Working from an existing strategy document, the Project Coordinator will have primary responsibility for designing appropriate tools and mechanisms to ensure that the program strategy is implemented effectively;
∎ Create and monitor monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly work-plans to achieve project goals and contractual obligations;
∎ Ensure implementation of both national and field-level activities in accordance with project work plan;
∎ Assist development and implementation of training curricula and modules, capacity strengthening tools, and other quality improvement mechanisms to ensure the effective integration of Project Plan;
∎ Assist preparation of survey;
∎ Maintain quality training in the project, including by providing guidance, mentoring and supervisory support to project staff and trainers;
∎ Develop follow-up and monitoring tools to ensure effective integration of need assessment and service delivery systems;
∎ Oversee development and implementation of community-level activities focused on community mobilization and behavior change communication;
∎ Effectively manage resources and monitor finances;
∎ Organize regular staff meetings and reflection workshops to plan, coordinate, and share learning;
∎ Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation plan for program activities;
∎ Submit timely and complete reports to the Donor through Executive Director of PARIBARTAN-Khulna;
∎ Work closely with Donor and relevant partners to ensure that all parties' needs are met;
∎ Represent project and PARIBARTAN-Khulna at relevant forums and working groups at the national and local level.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure
∎ Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English
∎ Computer skills
∎ Reporting and Documentation
∎ Valid motor cycle driving license
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision-making
∎ Planning, budgeting and financial management skills
∎ Team building, HR management skills
∎ Strong ability on dealing with beneficiaries, community, local elites and government officials

Salary: Tk. 28000 (Monthly)
