Job Responsibilities:
∎ The purpose of this role is to implement Christian Aid supported project with partner NGO funded by DFAT and ensure coordination with CAN DO-EKOTA agencies and Australian Humanitarian Programme partners. This role has been defined to manage day-to-day partnership activities planned under the DFAT funding for Christian Aid's Humanitarian Response Programme for Rohingya Crisis.
∎ Reporting to the Head of Humanitarian Programme, you will work to deliver effective emergency response programme with high impact, in line with agreed aims and with funds used for designated purposes. You must ensure that project progress tracking and donor reporting as per the designated purposes are in place. Ensure technical assistance to partner that project activities are implemented accordingly. Support Head of Humanitarian Programme in maintaining relationships and build new with donors, represent CA at times in CAN DO-EKOTA agencies, AHP partners through effective communication.

Additional Requirements:
∎ You have experience working with a diverse portfolio of partners/consortiums in emergencies specially crisis affected refugee's context. You have experience meeting the compliance and reporting requirements of institutional donors. Your expertise on programme management and operation aspects for WASH, Self-reliance/skills, protection programming, inclusion, gender and accountability. You are competent in the use of various planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning tools and methodologies are able to strengthen partner capacity. You have a sound knowledge of advocacy, campaigning and lobbying and to build networks. You will have a degree in social sciences or related fields and good written and spoken English.

Salary:
∎ BDT 15,93,382 gross per annum + medical reimbursement, provident fund, gratuity, life and medical insurance
