Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline in Aquaculture Fisheries
∎ Qualified Candidate's educational qualification may be slightly considered.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Aquaculture Fisheries

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administrative, Farm Management, Fisheries
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fisheries

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to execute overall factory operations like Aquaculture, Culture, Bio-Flock & Hatchery activities.
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of all work of the Project.
∎ Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Aquaculture, Culture, Bio-Flock & Hatchery activities.
∎ Resolve employee's grievance, stress in a proactive manner when require.
∎ Have to ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism.
∎ Overseeing the fish Production activities. Providing high level of support to the staff to enable the fish culture to achieve the scheduled production target.
∎ Market analysis of brood and fish-feed and provide options for the management to decide best possible option.
∎ If and when required work closely with local/ foreign experts/consultant and if necessary, report to such personnel as decided by management.
∎ Deciding & solving on daily operational matters such as sales, production, stock and distributions issues.
∎ Improve the productivity and develop and execute the project manufacturing budgets.
∎ Supervise and train aquaculture and fish hatchery support workers.
∎ Assisting to develop yearly business budget and working daily to achieve it.
∎ Ensure that Hatchery production equipment and production facilities are utilized fully.
∎ Ensure the rearing area for the fish/ broods is well maintained and not prone to diseases.
∎ Feasibility study on requirement of any items, manpower and resources for smooth operation.
∎ Collect and record growth, production, and environmental data and report on a regular basis
∎ Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
∎ Working with top management for formulating strategies, decisions and new project implementation.
∎ Train up new manpower and arrange different type of training whatever required among the manpower.
∎ Directly working with sales growth, production capability and controlling purchase cost as their active team member for contributing value to overall business.
∎ Review established production schedules for all departments to ensure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest possible efficiency.
∎ Carry out periodic inspection at site, audit work places periodically, make sure data entry properly in the system and analysis the reports as well as ensure timely reporting.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 05 year(s) in same field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Aquaculture, Culture, Bio-Flock & Hatchery activities.
∎ Must be smart, dynamic and have interpersonal skill as well as have the mentality to work under pressure.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengal
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
∎ Should have the capability to provide 24/7 hour service.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Excellent in interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
∎ Should have the mentality to frequent travel when required to collect fish or sale fish.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on current Labor Law of the country.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Hatchery license formalities.
∎ Good intellectual and analytical skills.
∎ Problem Solving and Decision-Making Capabilities.
∎ Excellent in interpersonal & communication skills

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
