Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any a Social Science discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct child survey and Identify eligible children for Learning Centre.
∎ Analyse and finalist data for child enrolment.
∎ Prepare, conduct & submit ASER study at project area.
∎ Prepare Monthly Action Plan and Implement it accordingly.
∎ Implement Learning Centre Activities in the project area.
∎ Supervise teachers and provide onsite support.
∎ Assess material and repair needs and make sure the availability.
∎ Identify weakness & gaps and take necessary step to improve the situation.
∎ Ensure regular centre visit, monitor program activities and provide continuous support directly to the teacher.
∎ Home visit for absent learners.
∎ Attend meeting, workshop and training.
∎ Organize event, competition fr the children.
∎ Liaison with parents, community and Site Management Offices.
∎ Support to prepare and submit report to PC.
∎ Inform/share any new information sensitive to the project implementation with supervisor.
∎ Identify lessons learned and develop case studies to capture qualitative aspects of the project.
∎ Supervise and Monitor in the Learning Centre, identify the weakness & gaps and take initiatives to improve.
∎ Ready to work in any circumstance or emergency.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of Education/related Project Operations & Implementation, especially in the emergency context.
∎ Communication skills, both in Bangla and English.
∎ Capable of working under pressure.
∎ Person of high integrity and resilience.

Salary: Negotiable
