∎ Master's degree in Social Science, Development Studies, or a related field.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience with a reputable national or international NGO/development sector.
∎ Prior experiences in WASH, health, gender, climate change, and livelihood sectors are essential.
∎ Prior experience in microfinance institutions, the private sector, safety net programmes and health protection schemes will be an advantage
∎ Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Fluency in written and spoken Bangla and English with exceptional presentation and communication skills.
∎ Proven ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging professional writing for diverse audiences.
∎ Strong computer skills with experience in MS Office and the ability to adapt to new software
∎ Commitment to gender equality, diversity, and organisational culture. Proactive in promoting safeguarding and upholding organisational values.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Purpose: This role will play a crucial role in supporting the successful implementation of our programmes focused on improving access to water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) services for marginalised people in different locations. S/he will work as part of a dynamic team, contributing to diverse activities across the programme cycle.
∎ Reportable To: Programme Lead- Universal Access
∎ Workstation: WaterAid Bangladesh Country Office, Dhaka
∎ Working Hours: 37.5
∎ Contract Tenure: Long Term
