Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to the respective manager in overall operation and implementation of the project funded by UNICEF for Rohingya Communities at Cox’s Bazar
∎ Assist in reviewing monthly project and individual work plans and provide operational support for the project
∎ Support in Government, UNICEF and Camp liaison
∎ Keep liaison with Admin, Procurement, Finance, Infrastructural Development, MIS and other central support units
∎ Follow-up on day to day project operation
∎ Attend the necessary meeting, workshops and training programme as required and delegated
∎ Be an internal part the team for smooth operations of all programme activities both at Head Office and Field Office
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Power point presentation
∎ Strong communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Strong ability to monitor and report writing
∎ Prepare and submit PRs, follow-up on purchases and other relevant tasks as desired
∎ Provide support to external visitor during their field visit, when required
∎ Perform different jobs as assign by respective supervisor
