Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum Two (2) years of practical experience in implementing development projects.
∎ Experience in developing awareness massages and tools on anti-human-trafficking and safe migration related issues.
∎ Demonstrate positive attitude and sensitivity to support vulnerable and at-risk groups, and communities.
∎ Understanding of gender and diversity issues.
∎ Capable in interpersonal communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Basic Computer proficiency: i.e. MS Office and communication via email.
∎ Minimum Two (2) years of practical experience in implementing development projects.
∎ Experience in developing awareness massages and tools on anti-human-trafficking and safe migration related issues.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify trafficking victims in the project area and provide comprehensive, need-based support through a referral mechanism.
∎ Esure the implementation of all field-level project activities (orientations, training, meetings, and other safe migration awareness-raising activities) by providing necessary logistical support as per the activity plan on trafficking.
∎ Arrange regular Union/Upazila/District level meetings with Counter Trafficking Committee (CTC) members.
∎ Conduct awareness sessions on ANIRBAN with different target groups and take necessary steps.
∎ Provide emergency support to trafficking victims or survivors when needed, including airport pick-up service, health support, and family reunification support.
∎ Maintain effective liaison and interaction with relevant local government institutions, NGOs, and other stakeholders in the project areas.
∎ Monitor and follow up on ANIRBAN activities and guide volunteers for smooth project implementation.
∎ Maintain the MIS database regularly, other relevant documentation.
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly and other reports on orientation, training, counseling, follow-ups, case studies, lessons learned etc.
∎ Maintain profiles and data of trafficking victims or survivors in both hard and soft copies.
∎ Maintain profiles of stakeholders (beneficiaries) in both hard and soft copies.
∎ Ensure effective working relationships and partnerships with relevant government and non-government service provider organizations.
∎ Organize mediation, monitor and document mediation-related reports, case studies, case management, complaint data management, etc., ensuring proper processes are followed.
∎ Perform any other activity required and directed by the project manager and/or management.
