Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to monitor the activities of project staff both head office and field office based , under the supervision of reportable Senior.
∎ Organizing, directing, coordinating and administering medical and non-medical resources, facilities and services which is related to mHealth program
∎ Responsible for overall project Management, Supervision, Planning, & Implementation under the supervision of reportable Senior.
∎ Manage and coordinate Dhaka Doctor Centre as part of mHealth Program Implementation.
∎ Have to have sound knowledge about His / Her Program, capable of manage any crisis on management level
∎ Giving continuous feedback of Doctor center’s Application to the Application development team to make the Application more specific and user friendly.
∎ Support to develop/review mHealth algorithms with Application development team and mHealth team.
∎ Check and monitor received cases in doctor center interface that comes from theFCMs’ mobile.
∎ Provide solution to the cases by giving treatment or referral and generating prescription through operating system by communicating with the FCMs when required through mHealth operating system.
∎ Maintaining good coordination with software development team for running doctor center smoothly.
∎ Capable of taking prompt decision on technical, strategic or administrative issues consulting with reportable senior.
∎ Will act as liaisons among governing bodies, medical staffs and different units of Local/Field & Head Office.
∎ Ensure that all the logistics and supplies are up to date for proper functioning of the application.
∎ Liaising with technical, medical and professional staff at all levels.
∎ Responsible for attending meetings, writing reports, & managing budgets.
∎ Dealing with complaints or problems through reportable senior.
∎ Should be capable of Conducting Field Visit in Hard to Reach Areas (where ever it needed).
∎ Field visit to project implementation areas for Project monitoring & Follow-up & capacity building.
∎ To prepare monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual work-plan and budget of the projects under the supervision of reportable senior
∎ Prepare & organize monthly expenditures as per budget & according to operation plan.
∎ Monitor the performance of projects/activities in assigned area; ensure that they are delivering desired results.
∎ Monitor inputs to the planning of field activities; monitor plans on a regular basis to ensure adherence.
∎ Ensure smooth flow of logistics and other support from HO to the field.
∎ Ensure smooth flow of information from HO to field and vice versa; take initiatives to minimize communication gaps between HO and field.
∎ Analyze data of program activities and document and maintain records of all field activities and to prepare all progress report.
∎ Direct, Monitor & Follow up Program Officer/sub-ordinate staff of both Head office & Field/Local Office
