∎ Non-judgmental, analytical, critical thinker, specific understanding in micro level and ability to look boarder picture will get preference.
∎ Excellent communication skill (to be able to work closely and productively with and present valuable data to other teams, managers and stakeholders) along with fluency in both Bangla and English Language
∎ Position is open both internal and external candidates

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for preparing notes, journal, article, case stories, proposal, position paper, speech and presentation in order to represent Badabon Sangho at different forums, networks and communities.
∎ Responsible for facilitating groups-based approach like women groups, federations, general committee in order to feed field experiences in governance level
∎ Responsible for implementing six strategic programmes by providing technical knowhow, social mobilization tools and methods.
∎ Responsible for communicating and coordinating with stakeholders particularly journalists, govt. officials, CSOs leaders, and human rights activists.
∎ Responsible to prepare timely narrative reports to donors in line with approved action plan and grant contract
∎ Responsible to document programme learning and challenges and to assist in further programme development
∎ Responsible to manage capacity building process of programme team members i.e. programme officers and programme associates
∎ Responsible to participate and engage in the senior management team (SMT) and document the meeting notes if help.
∎ Responsible to visit field timely and frequently in order to learn and document changes at group members level
∎ Assist monitoring and evaluation team by sending timely and appropriate reports and data of six programme
∎ Assist training team members to prepare appropriate module and delivery plan of six programme
∎ Assist programme support team to prepare the terms of reference (ToR) of consultants, experts and advisors who are potentially work for Badabon Sangho
∎ Assist programme advocacy and network team members by providing field experiences and evidence and specific policy agendas.
∎ Assist programme advocacy and network team members by coordinating with women’s rights and women-led groups and CSOs
∎ Assist accounts team to prepare programme budget, financial periodic reports and narration against variation in line with calls and grant contracts.
∎ Coordinate with regional, global and national advocacy platform like APWLD, GenderCC, ILC, GAATW, MFA, AWID, UNFCC, UNCCD, NARIPOKKHO, Mahila Parishad, SheRAA, SANGAT, etc.
∎ Job Context: Badabon Sangho is a women’s rights and women-led organization, working for lower-caste, dalit, fisher-folks, farmers, climate displaced people, landowners, indigenous, survivors, religious minorities and girls. It is (a non-profit and non-political organization) governed by group members and federations.
