Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree in Social Sciences and Master degree in education is preferred. Minimum five years experience in TVET programming
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take day to day responsibility for the effective operation of Muslim Aid Institute of Technology (MAITs) with the Education Team to define and plan programmes;
∎ Guide and support to MAITs in job placement of successful graduates and link with competent agencies for self-managed enterprise;
∎ Identify issues and recommend for addressing immediate solution and advice required for the management, planning and control of projects;
∎ Manage and track budgets in close coordination with the finance team;
∎ Develop publicity and communication routes to ensure visibility of MAITs to create image as community friendly institutions;
∎ Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, donors and other concerned.
∎ Contribute to Muslim Aid website for updating information related to department
∎ Ensure all stakeholders are updates through established communication channels
∎ Prepare/organize regular reports, case studies and new articles for external media as and when require;
∎ Provide information and support on project evaluations
∎ Regularly liaise with the Principals and or Superintendent.
∎ Ensure that the mission and vision of Muslim Aid is pursued through the country programme.
∎ Promote gender equality, diversity and equal opportunity in leading the field office activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Females will be given preference.
∎ Proven experience in reviewing, monitoring and evaluating programmes, and using quantitative and qualitative methods and approaches.
∎ Proven experience of leading, managing and supervising a diverse teams including distance management.
∎ Experience of capacity building, and promoting learning and development activities.
∎ Has to be willing to take challenge of working in a participatory approach
∎ Excellent report writing skills
∎ Excellent quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis skills
∎ Excellent operational knowledge of Computer and standard MS Office software, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, Power Point.etc.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 56875 - 71094 (Monthly)
∎ Competent and qualified candidate will be given highest level of salary packages
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Provident fund, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Others benefit as per Muslim Aid policy.
