Educational Requirements:
∎ Medical Graduate- MBBS from a reputed Institution.
∎ Post Graduate qualification- Master's in Public Health (MPH) will be an added qualification.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Team Leader in managing the project
∎ Support field team & provide management support
∎ Manage field implementation
∎ Procurement of materials
∎ Mentoring of the field level employees
∎ Conduct need Assessment, community level mapping of services, advocacy and networking.
∎ Liaise with central and local Government authorities to ensure effective program implementation
∎ Manage visits for Government Stakeholders to Project Sites
∎ Participate & foster in team building.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of experience in managing healthcare in NGO modality.
