Job Context:
∎ Association for Land Reform and Development (ALRD) is a right based National Policy Advocacy and Networking Organization going to recruit following positions under three years nine months project ( From January 2022 to September 2025) titled: an Equal Stake in Soil: Building Women`s Land Rights from Ground Up.
∎ The overall responsibility of PO-ACB is to assist Country co-coordinator in achieving goal and objective of the project. PO-ACB is to plan, design, and implement the project activities along with report writing and documentation and partnership management in an efficient and effective manner.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advocacy with Relevant Ministry, Department and Offices (Ministry of Land, Ministry of Law and Ministry of Women and Children Affair)
∎ Regular Communication with Partners and Networking with Like-minded Organization.
∎ Prepare Year, Quarter and Month Wise operational plan with the assistance of concerned person.
∎ Formation of CBO's and Partnership Management
∎ Organize Meeting, Training, Orientation, Workshop
∎ Organize Seminar/Workshop/Roundtable at local and national level
∎ Regular field visit to working areas
∎ Prepare Event based Reports
∎ Tracking progress of Indicators and Activities compare to operational targets
∎ Visit working areas to monitor the project, provide feedback to concerned project and prepare and submit monitoring report
∎ Contribute in preparing donor report and taking lead to prepare report for NGO Affairs Bureau.
∎ Contribute to prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Six Monthly, Annual and Other Report (EC Report, DC office Report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ 8 years plus experience with skill in writing reports in good English. Conduction/facilitating workshop, meetings, power point presentation and organizational representing and commitment with key responsibility is a prerequisite for the position. Experience of using Modern technologies and social media as medium of communication.
∎ TOT on Effective Communication and Effective Facilitation is a must???
∎ The candidate must have skill in spoken English, Presentation and Facilitation.
∎ Sensitivity and respect towards gender, Caste, creed, ethnicity and the ability to communicate effectively at various levels.
∎ Minimum 5 Years' Experience of Working with Right Based Organization.
∎ Experiences of working with Community Women, Youth, and Indigenous People.
∎ Experiences with USAID and/or US Department of State Project will be considered as an advantage.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicant should have experience in the area of NGO Sector and M&E.
∎ Good understanding of LFA, TOC and M&E framework and plan.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Experience of Result Base Monitoring.
