Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have at least a four year undergraduate degree and a master's degree in Business Administration/ Statistics/ Economics/ Environmental Science or any relevant subject from a recognized university with good academic standing. The candidate with major in MIS will be preferred. S/he must have at least two first class degrees or equivalent among the latest four. Having 3rd class/division or equivalent in any examination will incur ineligibility. Advanced training/experience in the area of M&E/project management/research method and qualitative and quantitative research techniques will be considered as an advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience including three years in development sector with knowledge in data
∎ management and analysis data through digital/information technology. Experience with grass
∎ roots oriented enterprise-based development projects is an advantage.

Salary:
∎ Consolidated BDT 90,000/- per month and other admissible benefits (inclusive of all applicable Income Tax as per law of Bangladesh)
