Job Context:
∎ Project: USAID`s Alliance for Combating TB in Bangladesh (USAID`s ACTB), BADAS
∎ Accountable to: Program Director/ Program Manager
∎ Working Area: Project Area
∎ Duty Station: Any Where in Bangladesh
∎ Joining Time: As soon as possible
∎ Position Profile: Program Officer will work to strengthen and maintain a good liaison with different units of BADAS and other relevant stakeholders such as Govt., non-Govt., international entities. This description in not exclusive and can be adapted as per the need of the program, without the obligation of a complete revision.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He/she will be responsible for direct implementation of the program implementation plan.
∎ He/she will be responsible for assisting the program Manager and M&E Officer in daily program activity.
∎ Assist the medical Officer in managing day to day activities of DOTS corner, Lab and FAST program (To assess the achievements of previous day and plan for the day).
∎ He/she will responsible to conduct a designated number of fields visit anywhere in the project area within the limits of available time and accessibility.
∎ Prepare and submit periodic reports.
∎ Ensure referring of diagnosed patients at appropriated service delivery centers and collect regular updates.
∎ Prepare research protocol.
∎ Ensure publication of research.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Proficiency in English, both verbal and written along with MS office proficiency is necessary.
