• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field

• 3 years of experience in NGO/development sector

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Willingness to travel to field locations when required.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Officer to support our program implementation and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist program staff in planning, implementing, and monitoring project activities.

• Maintain project documentation, reports, attendance sheets, meeting notes, and activity records.

• Support data collection, data entry, and preparation of periodic progress reports.

• Coordinate with field teams, community workers, and partner organizations.

• Organize meetings, workshops, and field visits.

• Provide logistical and administrative support to ensure smooth program operations.

• Prepare and manage procurement requisitions, field expense reports, and other documentation.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Program Officer.
