∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline; engineering background will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build the playbooks and standard operating procedures independently or working with cross-functional teams.
∎ Identify opportunities to drive operational efficiency, develop and execute solutions, and evaluate and iterate for continuous improvement.
∎ Develop roadmaps, timelines, deliverables, owners, metrics, and auditing mechanisms for owned projects.
∎ Work across internal teams on refinements to policies, processes, and tools related to owned projects.
∎ Navigate discordant views, find the best way forward, and influence stakeholders around a solution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 months to 1 year of experience working in a structured environment (Telco/FMCG preferred).
∎ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
∎ Comfortable working with data including facility with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
∎ Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Demonstrated ability to deliver both strategic and tactical results across diverse cultures from inception to completion.
∎ Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
