Experience:
Bachelor`s degree in a relevant field (e.g. development studies, social sciences, economics, etc.); Master`s degree preferred.
Master’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, English or in related fields will be preferred.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency, preferably in MEAL and Education in humanitarian response.
At least 03 year(s) in Development including 02 Years in Managerial Position.
The applicants having experience in a managerial role in education (preferably MC) and child protection sector will be preferred.
Experience in Program Designing, Planning and Implementation of program supported preferably by UN/INGO.
Able to prepare and review quality reports in English.
Must be ready to join by 07 September 2025.

Position Overview
The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the Project entitled Support to FDMN in Bhasanchar in Education Sector supported by BRAC, GAC & DFAT in compliance with PARC policies. S/he will lead the project team, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain quality standards in project implementation while adhering to timelines and budgets.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the project through maintaining project cycle management for achieving the project`s goal, outcome, actions/activities and expected results which are specified in the project proposal.
Ensure timely, effective implementation and delivery of project activities as per DIP, project work plan by ensuring quality and setting strategies and guidelines.
Lead the Team involving staff supervision, capacity building, and conflict resolution.
Guide and support the project team to ensure effective project implementation reaching the targets according to the donor agreement.
S/he will monitor progress, address challenges, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Field Visit to Ensure Quality Services (40%).
Ensure that the project`s M&E system is in place through MIS (MEAL) & Project Officer and activity review takes place during regular intervals to assure the quality of the interventions and follow the implementation plans of the project.
Ensure that work is planned and organized in a way that meets the needs of the beneficiaries in the most cost-effective manner possible.
Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules and working hours.
Provide need-based support to the TLO, MIS & Project Officer, Finance & Admin Officer and the concerned department, provide leadership and support in problem solving, key decision making, quality control, technical input and advice as well as planning, executing, and monitoring of the project activities.
Work closely with the accounts department to ensure effective management of the project`s budget. monitor, evaluate and ensure that the project activities are consistent with plans, budget-lines with full compliance to donor`s regulations.
Coordination with various stakeholders, including BRAC-Pooled Fund, PARC management, CiC Office, ARRRC Office, OIC of Bangladesh Navy, local administration, Education Sector Network, PSEA Network, Protection and other related sectors and sub-sectors, NGOs and regular participation in the sector/ sub-sector meeting, including coordination meetings as representatives of PARC.
Identify gaps in the workforce, ensure harmony, mentoring staffs and organize appropriate training for staff and volunteers as required.
Monitoring of project activities, monitoring of project staff and reporting.
Reporting to PARC management, Pooled Fund, Education Sector, CiC Office, government and other stakeholders on time.
Conflict management within the team and with other actors as required.
Any other activity directed by the supervisor.
90,000 BDT/Month
One Festival Bonus (subject to Extension of the Project), Free Accommodation, Weekly 2 holidays, 5 days R&R leaves in every 2 Months (Conditional).
