∎ Strong understanding and field level experience of Refugee camps and host community recommended implementation guideline.
∎ Experience in leading SMART survey will be added value

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee MAMI implementation at community and facility levels, ensuring alignment with SoP and timely identification of at-risk mother-infant dyads.
∎ Coordinate training and supervision of community health workers, midwives, and MHPSS counsellors on MAMI screening, referral, and care protocols.
∎ Ensure availability and use of standardized screening tools, checklists, and referral pathways for at-risk infants and mothers.
∎ Monitor MAMI performance, review enrollment data, and facilitate supportive supervision and quality improvement initiatives.
∎ Ensure staff and volunteers apply learning through active program activities and provide ongoing mentoring for service quality and adherence to standards in collaboration with Head of Department.
∎ Coordinate with local partner and health authorities to ensure delivery of ANC, PNC, and SAM services in selected community level health facilities and Upazila Health Complex.
∎ Ensure deployment and mentoring of trained staff (nurses, midwives, volunteers) and effective use of SAM corner facilities.
∎ Support capacity building of government health workers on maternal care, SAM management, and inpatient protocols through trainings and technical assistance.
∎ Supervise service delivery quality, monitor case trends, and troubleshoot bottlenecks related to supplies, staffing, or adherence to protocols.
∎ Foster collaboration with community leaders and caregivers, ensure active participation in program activities, and establish an efficient multi-loop Complaint and Feedback Mechanism to address concerns promptly. Ensure time-to-time information and consultation with Head of Department.
∎ Oversee of the partner for targeting and verification of vulnerable households using MUAC screening and vulnerability scoring for voucher eligibility.
∎ Supervise Community based SAM management including nutrition voucher distribution and ensure alignment with national CMAM guidelines.
∎ Coordinate CMAM integration, ensuring that SAM children identified also access required medical and nutrition services.
∎ Lead the design and monitoring of IYCF counseling, courtyard sessions, and cooking demonstrations to strengthen household nutrition behaviors..
∎ Lead timely procurement, supply chain, budget follow up and supplies request for the targeted activities.
∎ Ensure integration of MHPSS support into routine health and nutrition services for caregivers and PLWs.
∎ Oversee partner recruitment, training, and supervision of MHPSS counsellors and volunteers to deliver quality one-on-one support.
∎ Establish and monitor referral pathways for individuals needing specialized mental health care in line with global and sectoral MHPSS guidelines.
∎ Track MHPSS service uptake and impact, using case reports and feedback tools to strengthen emotional well-being and parenting practices.
∎ Contribute to the formulation of coordination strategies and external engagement plans, providing necessary support.
∎ Support the Nutrition Sector by participating in various thematic/working groups and contributing to evidence generation activities, such as surveys and assessments.
∎ Assist the Head of Department (HoD) in the development of proposals, donor reports, contextual analysis, and providing technical support to other country programs.
∎ Actively participate in coordination meetings within the Nutrition Sector, partner coordination meetings, internal coordination meetings, and lead program staff meetings.
∎ Actively coordinate with human resource department for staff recruitment, leave, GTA, attendance timely submission.
∎ Collaborate with the base finance and logistics departments to ensure timely follow-up on budget and procurement processes, while maintaining quality standards.
∎ Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender Minimum Standards & Child Protection Policies, asking questions and/or for support when necessary;
∎ Implement all work related activities with a gender, disability and child protection lens, taking into account the different needs, concerns and ideas of our staff and beneficiaries;
∎ Ensure the incorporation of PSEA and gender equity principles in all policies and activities;
∎ Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability.
∎ Objective 1:Oversee the Identification and enrollment at-risk infants under 6 months and their mothers through the MAMI approach, ensuring early detection, comprehensive care, and regular follow-up to improve infant survival and development.
∎ Major Responsibility:
∎ Oversee MAMI implementation at community and facility levels, ensuring alignment with SoP and timely identification of at-risk mother-infant dyads.
