Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master Degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work with the project director and project authority and report to them regarding the project
∎ To assist and develop a detailed implementation plan (DIP) and implementing activities with the operations team
∎ Plan and monitor budget and expenses as per guideline
∎ Assist and coordinate with technical staff, stakeholders, and field offices to implement the project
∎ Assist with M&E activities; ensuring timely and accurate reporting of results
∎ Organize meetings and provide the necessary technical support according to the standard and requirements for the project
∎ Assist to prepare different periodic (monthly, quarterly) progress reports, event reports, case studies/ good practice
∎ Establish and maintain a comprehensive filing system for the training including project documents, monitoring notes and photos
∎ Collect data from the field, prepare summarized reports and submit to the project authority for consolidation
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years working experience in program development, project management, and project coordination;
∎ Ability to prepare project proposal (DPP and PPNB)
∎ Especially experienced in implementing skills training related projects;
∎ Strong ability to work and communicate within a team and local level stakeholders;
∎ English language proficiency is preferred
∎ Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks and meet deadlines on the given task
∎ Proven leadership skills, as well as skills in facilitation, training and coordination
∎ Computer literacy with particular skills in Office programs in English and Bengali
∎ Ability to undertake nationwide travel as and when required
