Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS /Masters in Social Science with excellent skills of creative writing

Job Context:
∎ Department: Global Programs
∎ Position Reports To: Program Director
∎ Position supervised: None
∎ Contract Duration: 03 months with possibility of extension
∎ Overview:
∎ The Program Intern will assist Program Director to develop concept notes based on program learning and prepare multiple reports. S/he will also review existing program documents and conduct field visits to capture best practices.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review existing program/study reports and capture the best practices
∎ Assist in Drafting concepts and ideas based on program learning by team
∎ Prepare presentation on project update/progress report/learning
∎ Review recent technical paper/article and prepare summary/brief for team's update
∎ Conduct field visits and capture learning/case studies and prepare report/photo story
∎ Review technical document/SOP/guideline/tools and assist in preparing training module/plan
∎ Assist PD to prepare quarterly/annual reports
∎ Assist PD to prepare abstract/paper based on project outcome/study
∎ Any other assignment related to the above assignments

Additional Requirements:
∎ General understanding on public Health issues
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Enthusiastic to learn and proactive
∎ Ability to work fast, effectively and independently in often high-pressure as well as multicultural environments
∎ Experience of working in health sector will add value
