Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science/Statistic/English/Related Subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project based planning, coordinating, managing and monitoring of the development Projects
∎ Project Proposal, Concept Paper, Case Stories, Outcome and Impact based Report writing in English
∎ Primary evaluation and assessment of the development projects' Staff and beneficiaries, analysis of the findings, develop plan and educate Staff accordingly.
∎ Extensive field visit (15 days in a month) in South Bengal and other parts for coordination, monitoring and education of the Staff and leaders on climate resilience, regenerative agriculture, food security, women empowerment, livelihood, child development, SHG and Networking of the SHGs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 5 years experience as a Program Coordinator in development projects
∎ Excellence in English (speaking and writing)
∎ Microsoft Office

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 37500 (Monthly)
