∎ Masters in Social Science /English/Related Subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong experience in program coordinating, monitoring and evaluation.
∎ Preparing of Concept Paper/Project Proposal is essential (If you have previous documents please submit).
∎ Writing reports, case stories and documents in English is must.
∎ Strong communication and liaison skill with local government, networking organizations, donors and related groups/organizations.
∎ Skill for working with Networks specially SHG Network.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Must have 5 year(s) experience as a Program Officer or Program Coordinator in any national NGOs.
∎ Excellence in English both speaking and written.
∎ Position based is in Dhaka but need to be in the rural project areas at least 15 - 18 days in a month.
∎ Microsoft Office is essential.
∎ It is contact basis job for 1 year. Contact may be extended depending on performance.

Salary:
∎ BDT 38,000/- (Consolidated)
