Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily production activities in our Factory manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate Must Ensure Production Targets Are Met with the Desired Quality, Cost Efficiency, and Timelines.
Location: Uttar Rashidbag, Rayebag
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily Factory production operations on the shop floor.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
Monitor worker performance and provide guidance as needed.
Coordinate with cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality departments.
Maintain proper documentation of production and attendance.
Troubleshoot production issues and take corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety and labor regulations.
