• Master of Business Management (MBM) in Cost & Management Accounting
• Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Cost & Management Accounting

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preference in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Production or Supply Chain).

• 1–2 years of practical experience in production, factory operations or packaging management.

• Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

• Prior knowledge of computer operations and production management software will be an advantage.

• Must be honest, responsible and dedicated to work.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all production and packaging activities.

• Prepare production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Manage raw material sourcing, supplier relations and transactional activities.

• Supervise the packaging process and ensure strict quality control.

• Assign responsibilities to packaging staff, provide training, monitor performance and conduct evaluations.

• Resolve issues promptly and provide regular reports to management.

• Control costs and minimize waste to ensure more efficient production operations.

• Collaborate with management to implement new plans and strategies.
