∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ For Sr. Production officer, a minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
∎ For Sr. Production Officer, having a university degree in textile engineering will be preferred.
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multitasking skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset timeframe.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set the workers in each shift to operate the machine for on time production.
∎ Monitor lot and count to avoid mixing and mix the raw cotton according to the chart of quality standard.
∎ Prepare report on machine shutdown time, machine trouble, and production losses.
∎ Monitor doffing time to meet the target of the production and color wise bobbin setting.
∎ Monitor all the machine and section properly to keep it neat and clean. Manage all the material on the floor to avoid mixing. All types of claimed material will be followed according to quality management plan.
∎ Manage urgent and critical situations and provide decisions or report to higher authority.
∎ Monitor wastage to reduce cost.
∎ Assist APO and Floor supervisor to execute and evaluate staff performance, new recruitment, promotion, disciplinary matters, and training needs.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
