∎ BSc in Textile Eng./ Graduate in any discipline from any reputed University.
∎ Textile Engineering from AUST/ BUTEX/ Daffodil/ NITER/ Primeasia will be preferred.

∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Lingerie Production, Production Sewing Officer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Optimum Utilization of Machines & Manpower;
∎ Follow up the monthly, daily, hourly target & production;
∎ Implement & maintain the 6S audit regularly;
∎ Prepare a weekly production plan and implement it to meet the shipment date;
∎ Check the update material information of sub-store;
∎ Attend the PP meeting and check the bulletin, and machine flowchart. Find & discuss any kind of difficulty about bottleneck process;
∎ First-time quality ensures & picks up productivity by reducing style change over time;
∎ Follow up hourly Production & Efficiency% during style changeover with control line WIP;
∎ Develop the skills of the sewing operator & helper on the production floor;
∎ Provide technical support when required to ensure customer quality standards;
∎ Should have knowledge about line & production administration;
∎ Maintain good teamwork in the sewing floor with good communication with all other related departments;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 03 years of experience for Production in a large Lingerie Garment Industry
∎ Possess high sense of responsibility in the order to completion of the assignment
∎ Should be a long term planner
∎ Well conversant in MS Office
∎ Convincing speaking power
