∎ Post-Graduation in any discipline with very good academic track record from any recognized and well reputed university.
∎ Education qualification will be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
5 years of experience in similar position
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it. (IE based concept, Lean Concept)
∎ Follow up and achieve production plan and deliveries in the shift.
∎ Ensure quality Production as per plan.
∎ Follow up the requirement of customer on time delivery as per plan schedule.
∎ Make sure all machines are run with maximum utilization in the shift.
∎ Plan the man power according to the daily requirement in the shift
∎ Ensure resolving of technical problem during production.
∎ Ensure proper use of raw material for smooth production
∎ All the administration matters need to follow up during the shift.
∎ Shift reports need to update on time.
∎ Ensure safety and hygiene in the production floor.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years in a 100% export oriented Accessories manufacturing industry.
∎ Sound knowledge on different types of accessories requires in Garments/Textile Industries.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
∎ Job Location: Gazipur
