∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take initiative in developing new business internationally by making new customers through phone calls, internet, exhibition, references & other communication and to maintain a good, long term relationship with them.
∎ To maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers globally to ensure sales target.
∎ To identify opportunities in the international market by analyzing on the products characteristics and target countries.
∎ Ensure SOP and quality standard with Proper installation of all equipment and monitor overall plant performance.
∎ Communicate with factory's production people and management to ensure on time completion of production to meet the production/shipment deadline.
∎ To follow the production quality according to the standard requirement and guideline of the mechanical and electrical in charges regarding the operation of the machine.
∎ Preparation of annual production planning in consultation with the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong Leadership skill.
∎ Production Planning.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure, Factory Operation, Manpower management, Production, Quality Management
∎ Skillful in the use of Microsoft Office Applications with proficiency in MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-Power Points.
∎ Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with the ability to use digital medium to present and deliver
∎ Must be energetic and able to work under pressure independently for a long time.

Salary: Negotiable
