Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, direct, and organize daily, and weekly production (Paddy, Potato & Vegetables seeds) plans;
∎ Oversee the entire production process and ensure maximum production with minimum cost;
∎ Supervise production personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures;
∎ Reduce wastage of resources, minimize the cost of production & improve the efficiency of production;
∎ Ensure and improve employee safety knowledge through training and communications;
∎ Prepare Production Budget;
∎ Set Production Objectives based on market analysis;
∎ Prepare & provide daily, Weekly & monthly reports to the management;
∎ Contracts with farmers for management of crop production;
∎ Overseeing the harvesting of the crops during harvesting season;
∎ Achieve Production Objectives/Goals;
∎ Organize/Manage Contract Farmers
∎ Recruit/Develop Required Manpower;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply;
∎ Experience in seed production, processing and seed quality control;
∎ Good computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office);
∎ Uses productivity tools to increase professional performance;
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
