Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or Higher Secondary School Certificate/Advance Level or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be responsible for 15 to 16 line factory.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of production as per buyers specification.
∎ Will be responsible for high standard quality of the garments and should be able to create necessary guideline for achieving of the quality.
∎ Coordinating with Cutting, Sewing and Finishing department.
∎ Ensuring the raw material go thru the required quality check process before its moved for production process.
∎ Will be responsible for accomplishing the targets.
∎ Will be responsible for optimizing productivity in accordance with IE requirements.
∎ Critical Balancing of the Lines as required for the styles, and capable of utilizing operators to do multiple operations (processes) to complete sewing.
∎ Make production plans and execute it.
∎ Work closely with the management to achieve their goals.
∎ Will be responsible for cost control of the factory
∎ Will be responsible for general administration, compliance, workers recruitment and management of the employees under him.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Should be able work on a computer, write emails, work on excel charts.
∎ Candidates with extraordinary ability and experience may be exempted with the qualification requirements.
∎ Minimum of 10 years experience required as a production Manager.
∎ Candidates should have through knowledge of woven Bottoms production
∎ Candidates having out of the Box thinking in improving the process Flow of manufacturing will have preference.
∎ Should have a complete knowledge of AQL and Commercial acceptance.

Salary: Negotiable
