Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree.
∎ Graduate with MBA qualification will have an advantage.
∎ Qualification needs will be relaxed for experienced candidates.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 9 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be responsible for receiving of the fabric and trims, ensuring the fabric and trims received goes thru a mandatory checking process for defects and quality requirements.
∎ Updating merchandiser/Supplier on the issues found on the material received.
∎ Trims reconciliation report with folders highlighted to concern person on any issues found that would effect the garment production.
∎ Trim cards to be made and signed off from merchandisers and other department of the production floor.
∎ Issuing of fabric and trims to various section of the production floor as per the consumptions provided.
∎ Leftover trims control, organize buyer wise and alert merchandiser and management of the stock in the stores.
∎ Warehouse export control. Loading as per CTP system, Buyer wise organize Finished goods. Coordinate with commercial team for export documents and transportation for moving the finished goods to the forwarder.
∎ Subcon factory trims and fabric follow up.
∎ Attend PP meetings and Production review meetings.
∎ Manage stock lot / sales of the left over garments.
∎ Responsible for the housekeeping and compliance of the Stores and warehouse.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Candidates Should have experience managing Stores and warehouse of manufacturing capacity of 20,000 garments per day.
∎ Candidate should have experience in inventory/warehouse control.
∎ Preference for male.
∎ Self-motivated, Organized, and responsible.
∎ Candidate should be able to work under pressure
∎ Should have good communication skills and should have computer knowledge.
