Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bleaching, Dyeing/ Washing, Fabrics manufacturing, Terry towel
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise day to day production Finishing activities and ensure daily target.
∎ To ensure the least rejection & meet on-time delivery.
∎ To control Finishing operation and handle external & internal technical audits & to ensure timely shipment as per buyer requirement.
∎ To follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as when required.
∎ To optimize finishing manpower allocation and manpower turnover, absenteeism as per plan.
∎ Follow the monthly shipment schedule which is given by Planning Manager and hence assure the shipments are ready on time for delivery.
∎ Keep the relevant management informed over any difficulty in following schedules and propose remedial actions.
∎ Arrange all the necessary packing materials, Man power Requirement and the machineries well before starting the new style.
∎ Train & motivate the staff to get the maximum efficiency with the best quality.
∎ Ensure all per-production activities for upcoming next styles are completed including size set approval well in advance.
∎ Ensure special machines are utilized efficiently as per operation bulletin.
∎ Ensure and maintain company's rules and regulation are followed in all departments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 80000 (Monthly)
