Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Manager - Sewing in Knit Garments Factory.
∎ Job Location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
∎ Handing all types of production issues, selection by section coordination, specially sewing & Finishing.
∎ Dealing with vendors, buyer QC for product improvement and taking on site training.
∎ Work closely with the production team from the development stage in order to foresee production bottlenecks & quality problems.
∎ Contribute to production planning and budgeting, monitor quality assessments to ensure buyers satisfaction.
∎ Maintain a safe production schedule, strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing production target.
∎ Make sure the factory operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
