Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for proper production planning of Stitching to ensure on time delivery.
∎ Responsible for daily & monthly production targets.
∎ Responsible for all kinds of Production & KPI related activities.
∎ To maintain the floor cost to the agreed level.
∎ To Improve Section wise planning by linking with order forecasting.
∎ Ensuring timely execution of prepared stitching plan.
∎ To check the availability of fabric as required by stitching plan.
∎ Continuously monitor and work to reduce production cost, wastage, OTD and optimum utilization of fabric.
∎ To check and verify all required stitching and packing accessories are available as per stitching plan.
∎ To check and maintain record of all Stitching Program Qty. & packing list for shipment.
∎ To ensure that all products are being produced as per the set quality standards.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing wastage, rejection, alteration & extra working hour.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine and materials as per plan.
∎ To take responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding compliance issues.
∎ To take necessary measures with the Admin, HR & Compliance Dept. in order to uphold human rights and development of human resources .
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ If any training certificate, will be given priority.
Salary: Negotiable
