∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture, Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture
∎ B.Sc. Agriculture or MS in Agriculture having with Advance Training on Seed Production.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare of Production Plan
∎ Prepare Production Budget
∎ Do Market Analysis to Set Production Objectives
∎ Achieve Production Objectives/Goals
∎ Organize/Manage Contract Farmers
∎ Recruit/Develop Required Manpower

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preparing and submitting reports, setting trial plans, submitting and reporting on budgets, and managing the application process in a timely manner.
∎ Experience in seed production, processing and seed quality control
∎ Knowledge of organizational roles and functions and good team builder and relationship building to effectively and efficiently accomplish work tasks.
∎ Uses productivity tools to increase professional performance.
∎ Good computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office).
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
