∎ Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
∎ Bachelor/ Master degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, or a related field will get preference.

∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Proven experience in a production-related or merchandising role in the apparel industry.
∎ WorkinaKnit Garments factory in a similar track & position will be given preference.
∎ Familiarity with fabric types as well as cutting processes and techniques.
∎ Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
∎ Manpowercontrol.
∎ Pro-active and well organized.
∎ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management software, Logic ERP, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Ableto work under pressure.
∎ Fluent in English will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor material movement from store to cutting and sewing departments.
∎ Track inventory levels of raw materials, dyed fabrics, cutting panels, trims, and accessories.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of materials to production floors.
∎ Maintain detailed records of material consumption.
∎ Updatebonded warehouse and finished goods warehouse records.
∎ Coordinate with the store department to track the flow of goods and keep records for bonded warehouse and finished goods warehouse.
∎ Address material shortages proactively.
∎ Coordinate between store, cutting, and sewing departments.
∎ Liaise with cutting and sewing departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of production schedules.
∎ Monitor production progress across different stages and address any delays or issues in a timely manner.
∎ Report progress against production targets and communicate with the production team to keep the flow on track.
∎ Ensure that all production stages maintain required quality standards.
∎ Checking and supervising the daily fabrics received and issued to the batch with all others.
∎ Receive & distribute cutting panels & accessories according to the daily plan.
∎ Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements.
∎ Oversee the cutting process to ensure precision and efficiency in fabric utilization.
∎ Collaborate with the production team to coordinate cutting schedules with manufacturing needs.
∎ Coordinating with Planning, Merchandising, Production, Commercial, Finance, and Accounts departments.
∎ Checking Safety, Quality, and Compliance activities in the workplace.
∎ Guiding the store personnel to accomplish the assigned activities.
∎ Supervise and train store staff, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
∎ Anyother responsibility assigned by the management.
