Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and manage daily production activities of Bra & Panty lines.
Ensure smooth workflow to achieve hourly, daily, and monthly production targets.
Maintain production efficiency and SAH through effective line planning.
Coordinate closely with Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Quality teams.
Ensure proper communication with maintenance and quality departments for timely support.
Maintain product quality according to customer standards and specifications.
Ensure adherence to quality checkpoints across all production stages.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement timely solutions.
Ensure proper line balancing and effective manpower allocation.
Monitor WIP levels and maintain optimum workflow.
Provide guidance to sewing operators and motivate team members to meet performance goals.
Support operator skill development in lingerie-specific operations.
Ensure operators follow factory rules, safety guidelines, and customer compliance requirements.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment.
