• Monitor and manage daily production activities of Bra & Panty lines.

• Ensure smooth workflow to achieve hourly, daily, and monthly production targets.

• Maintain production efficiency and SAH through effective line planning.

• Coordinate closely with Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Quality teams.

• Ensure proper communication with maintenance and quality departments for timely support.

• Maintain product quality according to customer standards and specifications.

• Ensure adherence to quality checkpoints across all production stages.

• Identify production bottlenecks and implement timely solutions.

• Ensure proper line balancing and effective manpower allocation.

• Monitor WIP levels and maintain optimum workflow.

• Provide guidance to sewing operators and motivate team members to meet performance goals.

• Support operator skill development in lingerie-specific operations.

• Ensure operators follow factory rules, safety guidelines, and customer compliance requirements.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment.
