·       Co-ordination with marketing and merchandising team for future orders, present order status & production costing and to discuss capacity status of the factory.

·       Ensure quality production and on-time shipment as per plan;

·       Responsible for daily production & work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard;

·       Coordinate all departments for smooth production.

·       Support and cooperate fully with all stakeholders associated with operations for planning, procurement, logistics, quality, maintenance to ensure customers' expectations are met;

·       Establish & maintain communications with support functions.

·       Provides all kinds of guidelines to all Managers /Officers & staff to ensure daily production.

·       Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration over production and extra hours of work.

·       Ensure operations are conducted safely, reliably, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures.

·       Must have got practical idea / experience about Industrial Engineering (IE i.e. specially on SAM/ SMV based production.

·       Capable of handling orders of any buyer independently.
