Development: Deep understanding of Flutter (Mobile), Laravel (Backend), and Microservices so that work with team.

AI & Automation: Expertise in LLMs (GPT/Gemini API), AI Agents, and automation tools like n8n.

Management Tools: High proficiency in Jira, Linear, Trello, and Confluence/Notion.

Research Intelligence: Proficiency in deep-dive marketplace research and trend analysis tools.

About the Role:

Betopia Limited is seeking a high-caliber Product R&D Lead to head our innovation and product development efforts. This role is designed for a technical visionary who can lead a team to explore cutting-edge technologies and translate validated research into scalable, high-impact products. You will be the primary bridge between raw innovation and market-ready execution.

Core Responsibilities (Innovation & Execution)

1. R&D Leadership & Vision

• Invention & Discovery: Lead the R&D team in exploring "Next-Gen" technologies (AI, Advanced Automation, Scalable Architectures) that align with Betopia's long-term goals.

• Research Management: Define, assign, and supervise structured research tasks. Ensure that every research initiative has clear hypotheses, testing phases, and validated outcomes.

• Innovation Pipeline: Manage the transition of successful Proof of Concepts (PoCs) into the core product development pipeline.

• Technical Mentorship: Mentor R&D team members on research methodologies and the latest technology stacks.

2. Product Execution & Strategy

• Technical PRDs: Convert approved research findings and product ideas into comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and technical roadmaps.

• Execution Ownership: Own the product backlog and prioritize features based on research validation, business ROI, and technical scalability.

• Sprint & Roadmap Alignment: Ensure the development, UI/UX, AI, and DevOps teams are perfectly aligned with the R&D findings for seamless product execution.

3. Market & Business Research

• Strategic Analysis: Conduct deep-dive marketplace and business research to identify gaps that can be solved through technical innovation.

• Benchmarking: Stay ahead of global competitors by constantly researching and integrating the latest technological advancements.

4. Cross-Functional Synergy

• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with Engineering, UI/UX, AI, QA, and DevOps to ensure product readiness and high-quality releases.
