• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, ISP, Importer, Technical Infrastructure

• Age 35 to 45 years

1. Develop and execute product strategy for VSOL networking portfolio (OLT, ONU/ONT, Router, AP, Switch).

2. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands to define product roadmap.

3. Act as the primary point of contact between VSOL and the company.

4. Coordinate with vendor for product updates, pricing, availability, and technical support.

5. Provide technical guidance to sales team, partners, and clients regarding GPON (OLT/ONU/ONT), WiFi, and switching solutions.

6. Train internal sales team, resellers, and ISP partners on VSOL product features and benefits.

7. Collaborate with marketing team to plan campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

8. Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

9. Prepare regular reports for management with insights and recommendations.
