Responsibilities & Context:
- Work with customers to understand their specific needs, challenges, and requirements.
- Develop and propose solutions that address the customer's needs, often involving technical specifications and architectural design.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the capabilities and benefits of the product or service.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise and support during the sales process.
- Work with customers to design and execute PoCs to validate the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including proposals, case studies, and technical specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and confidence in the company and its solutions.
