Job Context:
∎ Spring Rain Ltd, dev wing of a USA based company, due to exponential growth are looking to bring on board a Product Manager to work closely with senior managers and internal product owners to help deliver the targets and road map.
∎ As a responsibility of the role, the successful candidate will be responsible for helping end to end planning, co-ordinate with owners and chase software development wing.
∎ Having a PMP or Prince 2 Certification will be highly considered.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify, agree and manage project scope, objectives and deliverables.
∎ Manage and regularly improve detailed project plans to track progress
∎ Meet deadlines
∎ Liaise with and provide direction to key stakeholders in all projects including engineers, developers, infrastructure projects team, internal management and key customers
∎ Act as the central point of contact between the Software, Support and Management
∎ Manage stakeholder expectations
∎ Implement and maintain clear communication and reporting mechanisms across project, staff, teams and management
∎ Identify and manage the resolution of all project issues, including effective escalation and communication as required
∎ Produce and maintain accurate up to date project plans at the appropriate levels, covering project schedules/timelines, deliverables, budget and resourcing
∎ Maintain compliance throughout projects and ensure safety regulations are adhered to for all development

Additional Requirements:

∎ Ability to work directly with senior technical staff and Company executives
∎ Extensive experience with running Agile software development projects
∎ Strong project leadership, project management and process skills.
∎ Can interact and influence effectively at different level of the organization.
∎ Advanced Experience in new client implementations, system conversion and analysis required, with data flow background a plus.
∎ Demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with peers and key business partners.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Eid Bonus 50% of Gross. Timely payment.
